It wasn’t long before Nova had that tell tale feeling, the feeling that something was going on inside of her. She had felt it before. She just knew she was pregnant. Vienna consoled her as she explained to what had happened the last time she saw Glenn. It would be okay, they would get through this together. She wasn’t alone.

Vienna had a beautiful pregnancy. She felt vibrant and beautiful. The day quickly came for she & fiance Lamont to meet their little angel. Vienna opted for a what would come to describe as a “magical” home birth. They named her Raven. She was the best surprise either Vienna or Lamont had ever gotten. When the excitement died down, Lamont and Vienna officially tied the knot in a small, private ceremony, in their own living room.

Waylon was growing up fast, nearly as fast as his mommy’s tummy was growing. He was excited to be a big brother, marking off days on the calendar and drawing pictures at his art table for his soon to be sibling. When his mommy finally made the announcement that it was time, he could not hide his elation. Since Vienna was busy with tiny Raven, Cass accompanied Nova to the hospital. She was apprehensive that something would go wrong, because so far this pregnancy had been so much easier than her first. Her water broke outside on the curb, which didn’t happen the first time! She bit her lips and carried on. Everything turned out okay, and she welcomed a princess she named Kinley. Her family was complete. For real this time.

It was an unconventional family home, but it worked perfectly for these two families. Lamont was a sort of a father figure to Waylon and Kinley, who never even met their birth father. They called Vienna Aunt V. Waylon always had Raven to play with, and then when Kinley got old enough to play big kid games, she joined them. Raven didn’t mind sharing her parents, because living here it was like she wasn’t an only child after all. And she loved Nova like a second mommy too. Between dance parties, homework, and battle monsters–there was never a dull moment.

At this point in time Cass had already moved in with Johnny in the old Butler house next door, and they began a family of their own. Even Isabella after being kicked out gave birth to twins, Terra and Talon, but the skeeze she was stepping out on Cass with didn’t stay in the picture very long at all. She was stuck in a trailer raising two tweens all by her lonesome. These were to be Waylon’s, Raven’s and Kinley’s schoolmates and playground companions.

It was also around this time that the families were able to spend a little bit of money to expand their tiny home to include rooms for the children. The girls bunked together, and lucky Waylon got his own room after spending the first few years of his life cooped up in the corner of Nova’s bedroom. Now all they need is a second bathroom, for this family of 6.
